HOW TO BECOME A VENDOR.

Greetings Potential Vendors,

To secure a spot among our esteemed vendors, kindly peruse the following guidelines:

**No Refunds:** Please note that we do not offer refunds once registration is completed. We spend a lot of time meticulously selecting vendors to ensure a diverse and engaging market experience. Ensure your availability on the selected date to avoid complications. In case of event postponement due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, transfers to future events will be facilitated, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

**Follow Us:** Stay in the loop by following us on Facebook. Additionally, subscribing to our email list is crucial, as we announce event dates, vendor registration details, and other essential updates via email. Our Facebook page is the most reliable source for up-to-date information about the event.

**Limited Availability:** Vendor tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once tables are sold out, no further slots are available. While we maintain a waiting list for registered vendors' cancellations, opportunities are limited.

**Vendor Criteria:** Please be aware that not all vendors are accepted. Vendors of tobacco-related products, and those selling weapons (including knives, guns, stun guns, etc.) are not eligible to participate.

**Item Guidelines:** Vendors specializing in vintage clothing, toys, housewares, antiques, concert memorabilia, original artwork, handmade crafts, vintage video games, comic books, and similar items are welcome. However, the sale of any form of weapons, including guns and knives, is strictly prohibited. Art and display pieces resembling swords or knives are allowed for sale.
